Sorry my Chinese typing is not working. My bathroom is also very small. My toilet bowl is right next to a small bath tub (in parallel to the bath tub) So I put my 16 months old on my lap, her head hanging over the bath tub. I use the shower head to shower her hair. And I cover one side of her ear each time with my fingers (like the hair salon people) when the shower head points to that side of her head. I ask her to close her eyes when the shower head points at her forehead (she is learning to close her eyes now)
