It is really a touching story. I cried all the way along. The story is about the love between a mother and a son. If you have a boy (who is teenage or has grown up), you would understand even better.
You may get the book from public libraries or most book shops. The author, Mitch Albom has two more books which you might notice before: <Tuesdays with Morrie> and <The five People You Meet in Heaven>.
