我每天都幫ｂｂ用棉花棒清潔鼻門（用尖頭個種，濕水整軟先好放入去）），因為聽聞會令眼仔發炎，加上佢唔舒服，唔駛食奶時咁辛苦． :lol:

我個仔bb時鼻塞我會用生理鹽水同佢滴,然後再用紙巾(初)成一條幫佢清潔鼻哥,咁比用棉花棒安全,吾怕棉花脫係bb鼻入面,但用d緊d嘅棉花棒都得,市面上都有d用黎幫bb吸鼻屎或鼻涕的用品,好似個"bom"咁嘅都可以買黎試下.

以上的我都有做.
我仲會用曼秀雷敦櫻桃傷風膏同b b 揸背脊, 心口仔, 喉嚨. 記住先放係手心磨擦加熱, 才揸上b b 個身度呀, 因熱熱地佢地會舒服d 架. 最好揸少少係個人中度, 等b b 吸氣時聞少少, 都會好d.

因我兩個仔都係咁呀..................

得架, 我兩個b b 都係傷風, 所以我先咁做, 因有時食藥, 係可以止鼻水, 但佢地個鼻就會塞住, 所以我會係佢地臨訓前揸曼秀雷敦, 等訓得好d, 唔駛成晚訓得唔好麻......... 有時我係半夜都會揸少少係佢地個人中位, 咁就可以一晚訓到天光.

記住要用櫻桃味呀, b b 聞會好聞d 架.

My doctor's tip is to drop "eye drops" (Normal Saline) into the baby's nose. The fact is that saline can make the blood vessels inside the nose contract, so to stop secreting mucus.
It is very useful, since saline can be absorbed by our body without any harmful effect, you can use it as frequent as needed.
I found it very helpful and I think you can try. Since I have use this method, I do not need to use anything to suck the mucus out, which could be dangerours; I simply drop the eye drops and then wipe his nose.

Actually you can use those brand that can be found OTC, if you are worried, here is the brand my doctor prescript:

Martindale Pharmaceuticals
(contains: Sodium Chloride BP 0.9%w/v,
Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% w/v,
and water)
