有無人請2個工人?

係印+印, 印+BUN, BUN+BUN呢?

有咩要注意呢?

我家有個好印印, 打算年尾請多個照顧twins, 我個印姐姐有個好朋友剛剛到HK等工開, 唔知好唔好請佢呢?

The best is to hire someone who already knows your helper. Partnership between the two helpers is very important.

I have 2 Filipino helpers but I have a friend who has a 印+BUN and they can get along okay.

我就 bun + 香港auntie. 之前係 2 buns 但新bun超唔掂, 換左兩個都唔得, 唯有誠邀之前個香港auntie返黎幫手.

I used to have 1 bun + 1 yan yan. It was ok to begin with but then the yan yan sometimes use misunderstanding as an excuse for not doing thing properly. She was taking advantage of the bun bun.

Now that I have 2 bun bun. They got on ok and sure they can't use misunderstanding as an excuse. But you have to prepare that they talk and gossip quit a bit more.

I think all you have to do is to give simple and direct instruction of what their tasks are and be fair in treating them.
