Do your new maid come to your place directly when arrive HK?
My agent confirmed that the new maid will arrive HK on 5 March. She said she will come directly to my place when arrive. But my friend told me that the normal case is to let them staying outside (boarding house) first. They need to do the body check and wait for the full report couple of days to make sure everything ok before coming to the employer's hourse. So who will pay for the cost of boarding hourse? Can anyone to advise please?

Your agent should ask you to pick her up at their office or they bring her to your home directly. No need to stay at the boarding house as she should do the body check in the Philippines before she came. Unless you don't trust their body check, you need to do it again for her yourself in HK.
