Yes you can take H1N1 if you have no baby.
I have baby now and he said I can take H1N1 after 12 weeks, otherwise it may easy to get miscarriage.
He also recommend me to rinse my mouth with salt water every night and buy some salt water nose spray to clean my nose every night. H1N1 virus can run down to lungs in 3 days time.
