look likes no good...but depends on the reason of not continue the contract. You need to directly talk to the previous employer to find out her real performance, not just depends on agent and the reference letter.
I am facing the same problem. My maid will finish the 2nd contract this Sept. I'm her first employer and I feel that her attitude is not as good as before. I had reminded her over 3 times don't talk mobile phone at night when she was inside her bed because my 2 daughters had slept also. However, she replied my "I have no time to talk in the morning." Oh,,, she had 3 free hours that nobody at home except her. I was upset about her answer and my husband said it is not a big problem. My 2 daughters complained to me about this few times and I told her to talk in the kitchen or toilet but she did not do that.
Pls give me some comments and she did not give me her mobile phone at night. Should I renew the 3rd contract with her?
