佢要離婚, cos he said I'm not a good wife, (but I request pls give me a chance), however finally I find out he has affair in mailand China(he been work in there 6 mths alter), but he don't know I find it out
1) if now I want to apply separation, if he not 比善養費, can I suit him in court?
2) if apply divorce, if he not比善養費, can I suit him, even suit him he still not paying, will he go to jail?(this what I want)
3) both boys, 4 n 7, study in international school, n I'm a hse wife for 10 yrs, hv one maid, renting a hse for arond $15000, 家用萬鬆D, how much 善養費 can I request?
4) what 步處can I do, I'm so depress now, even can't sent my son to school.
5) my mum suggest me not taking both kids, but I want to keep, so very worry about the 善養費, cos he is not paying in every mth since 1 yrs ago. (y he has money on other woman but not on his sons) 好賤格, 是否会有報應?
6) should I find a job, but it will decrease the 善養費, right?
pls all the mummy, can you give me any suggestion. I really want to kill him , and then kill ourself.
