Should be 15% off, call them and tell them if they are offering 15% off, then you will go and order. They also have delivery service. But if you live in a remote area, don't know if they still do the delivery.
Last time when i went to 新華 (1 month ago), the Combi highchair was $1598. Note that this is the cheaper model (Rashule). I couldn't see the more expensive model (En Reve) last time.
Eventually I bought Rashule at Jusco BB expo on the "thanksgiving day": $1611 (discounted price) X0.95X0.95 = $1454
