My baby have the same problem. The health centre refer my baby to the specialist in the hospital for check up today. Hope that she can pass the test today.
How many time do your baby take the test in health centre before referring to the hospital for further testing?

The doctor didn't explain why my baby can't pass the test. He only said that sometimes some babies will failed the test in the health centre but can pass the test in the hospital.
Both my husband and I found that our baby has reaction with sound on both ears. But she failed the test on her right ear.
Don't worry! I think your baby will be fine.
I remembered that on my baby's second day's visit( to do the test), there are more than 3 babies have to refer to the specialist. So, I think it's easy to failed the test in the health centre.
