Ultrasound structural check is to check the baby's organ development like the heart, lung, etc. to see whether these are normal. It does not mean that is 3D/4D. 3D/4D would give you a picture of the baby's face inside the body. Normally at a later stage. While the structural check is much earlier like before 20 weeks.
