i considered this as nappy bag too but my HB doesn't like it as it doesn't look like a Hermes, so finally I got a Lindy 30 cm. i tried this before in Hermes boutique a few weeks ago, looks nice and it's quite light.
i saw a secondhand etoupe colour and a white colour in brand off, quite new, last year stock, 2nd hand at around 25k HKD. maybe u can check with them if u don't mind using secondhand. 1/3 of my Hermes bags (actually i only have a few) are 2nd hand.
