Which country you are going? I know Aeon credit card has the best exchange rate in Japan......no service charge......Citibank is a little bit high on the exchange rate........

I think most credit card add charges nowadays, some bank uses a higher exchange rate, I find Citic Ka Wah and HSBC comparatively more expensive, they will use the date with the highest exchange rate, not your transaction date.
DBS and Bank of East Asia are comparatively better, with around 1.5% additional charge.
