Do you pay for Bun Bun hair cut?

I brought my bun bun to have hair cut at the first day when she came and I paid for it. Shall I pay for her regular hair cut so that her hair remains short or she should pay by herself?

How is your case? Please share!

Time flies, my kids are 12 and 10 years old now

I ordered my maid keep short hair, so I would pay below $50HK- for hair cut fees. Normally 2 month once la....

我印/bun都係比錢叫佢地去cut.不過都叫佢去樓下最平個間cut. 但如果係佢地自己想去cut,咁就唔會比架啦.

my maid is indonesian. I keep short hair (quite short) for many years so I need her to keep short hair too.

Why should the employer pay for the hair cut ? In my contract + house rules, we require her to have short hair (due to baby / child care). Before she came, she have the hair cut in Philippines. Every two years, when she's back to Philippines, she normally took the hair cut there. I don't think she needs hair cut every month here...
