I hired a Filipino maid from their website. My maid already worked for me for 1 year. I'm quite satisfied with their preparation and follow-up. The staff understand the labour law very well. My maid has no HK or overseas experience. Although the cooking is not so good, she is polite and hardworking. Up to now, she doesn't have mobile and come late on her day-off. I also referred them to my friends. My friends also feel satisfied w/ their work.
