I think this will depend on yourself and your needs, if you the kind of person who demands maid to follow your instruction and prepare to teach them even they are stupid, than 印印 is good. Bearing in mind, most 印印 has no brain because they are low educated, not speaking english and so they don't have the basic hygiene or working knowledge, if you could get I smart 印印 who understand you need and follow accordingly, congradulation, you are geting top 5-10% of the best 印印 in the crowd.
I hire three 印印 before and end fire them all. This is because 印印 always said 'Yes' to me but behind me always ' No" and they are don't have the basic life knowledge to take care of the household by themself. If you have someone at home (such as you mother or mother in law), then 印印 may be the choice because they are being watched.
As for 菲菲, although some of them are tricky, but they have the basic knowlege of life and you don't have to teaching them start from the scratch, but you need to be skillful in dealing with 菲菲, most of them are concern with the rights, so you need to be fair with them and constantly communicate with them. However, you need to be careful with 菲菲 also because not all of them understand English, and mis- communication is the main cause of disappointment.
