Instructions for Taking FertilAid for Women/Men
You can begin taking it as soon as you receive it. It’s not necessary to wait for a specific time in the cycle to begin. Take 3 pills per day, spread out throughout the day with or without food. You can stop taking it once you test positive for pregnancy with a regular urine pregnancy test (or confirmation of pregnancy from your doctor). At that time, you can switch from taking FertilAid to taking a regular prenatal vitamin. One thing I’d like to emphasize is that it’s important to take FertilAid in an uninterrupted fashion (not just for half the cycle) as it takes time for the herbal components of the product to exert their full effect, and stopping and starting only diminishes its efficacy.
