(1) You should negotiate with her within 1 month of your trip, if both party can comprise, then good, otherwise, as an employer , you can enfore her to take annual leave. No matter she stay in HK or go back to Indonesia, you don't need to pay her the airticket fee until she finish her contract

嫲嫲屋企其實都有工人嫁,所以應該無家務比佢做.我只不過唔想比佢自己留在家.
