My agent told me that she rejected to go to the airport and intended to stay in Hong Kong to look for employer (she has worked for me for 1 year and 7 months). I would suggest that any mums or dads who is looking for an Indo maid in Hong Kong (if the maid has not finished the contract), they must obtain the contact tel no. of the previous employer in order to get a reference.

It happened when I was in the office. That day was a school holiday of my daughter. The maid claimed that my girl used the tongue to touch her leg, she accidentally kicked her month. I have no evidence to sue her.
I think you should report to the police for them to keeping this record, if next time this maid do the same things to the others, the police will take noted at her.
And if report to the police may be will scared the maid not to do this again.
I agree! I am sure they will scare when the police questions them! If the police thinks your maid did it in purpose, they will ask whether you want to sue her or not, or at least file her the record, so you don't need to pay her an extra month & you can alos request HK Imm to file this record!
I strongly suggest you report your case to police and let your daughter attend medical exam as soon as possible. It is because the the number of viewers in Baby-kingdom is limited. You should then report it to the Immigration Department. It is a serious case.
