I want to fired my Indo maid, the new maid will be arrived around June. Recently, I suspect my maid is pregnant, what can I do, terminated her immediatly (she didn't notice me yet)?
If you have someone to take care yours children, you better give her one month notice to terminate the contract with her before she inform you she is pregnacy. Otherwise she will go to sue you.
