I want to make 牛尾 soup. Can I put in Chinese herbs and "Dun"? What kinds of Chinese herbs are good with 牛尾?
I only want two bowls of soup or so because it is only me drinking it. I don't want to make 牛尾 with tomato and potato (the western style) and ended up with one big pot of soup, which I can't finish.
