I also just had a miscarriage. I am now seeing a Chinese doctor to clear up first. Take more rest. Don't have anything raw & cold. Have 紅 "jo" +龍眼肉燒開水. Later on have 花膠 and 竹絲雞. My mum made me some fried ginger rice, it actually warmed up my whole body and made me feel better. But I sweated a lot, so the Chinese doctor suggested me to stop having that for a while and focus on the Chinese medicine.
