It really depends on whether you've got reflex (反射反應). If so, I can have around 7-8 oz in 15-20 mins. If not, I have to use my hands to express the milk for a long time. But in this way, I cannot empty the milk to the fuller extent. And it takes me around 45 mins to get a 8 0z bottle of milk.
