I am living in west covina, near rowland height, so we are quite near each other, my baby in now 6and 1/2 months old, I cannot find any VCD or DVD in Cantonese here, may be I will go to hk and buy some in NOV.

How long have you been living in Diamond bar? My family plans to move there too. How is the area? Does it has chinese supermarket? Initially we want to move to Rowland Heights or Walnut but most of the townhouses are too old.

If you want to buy cantonese children DVD or VCD, you can try San Gabriel (全統壙場) or the inner street market in china town

Hi Hi Aki寶寶,

We live in Diamond Bar for more than a year. We love living here as it is very quiet but at the same time very very convenient! Very good school district too! (that's the main reason for us to live here!) There are many korean markets (I love super H mart) and there is also a 99 ranch in chino hill (which is just 10 mins) away from us! You should move to here! : )

You live very close to me ah! We lived in here for more than a year now! Very convenient! I can't find any but maybe will try to go to san gabriel sometimes and see whether i have any luck! I really want my son to learn cantonese!

So you are going back to hk in nov? I want to bring my bb to go back next year! but really afraid whether he can sit still in the plane.... long hours fleight ah... : ( how do you prepare for it?

My husband and me also thinking to move to Diamond Bar or Walnut, many people say it's a good school district. Do you oknow around how much for the house now? any new house (around 2-3 year) in your area that saleing? We may need to move before baby go to school. I always go to H market too. But 99 ranch I don't know where it is?

We have been looking for house and townhouse in Diamond bar since Jan08, but no luck so far. Either we don't like the floorplan or the "fung sui" is not good. I heard after Chinese New Year 2009 will be the best time to buy property.

My friend who lives in West Covina always go to 99 on Asuza, Rowland or the 99 on Noglas

Walnut district is better then chino hills & west covina. I think Diamond Bar is walnut district too. You can check out greatschools.net for more info.

By the way, are you ready for your flight trip?
