yes, you should bring a bit of extra water to mix with local water in the first few meals/days, so that your baby has time to adjust to the local waters.
However, do not use the water on the plane, 'coz I was informed by an air hostess friend before that the water tank on the plane is not that clean -- she was advising ADULTS not to drink water on plane -- not to say babies!
