Land is better but many many many people go there. One day in last Oct, i went to Sea, i line up for one hour to play one game. But next day, i went to land, i quene up more than 3 hours to play ONLY one game.
Note : these two days are public holiday for Japanese. Hence, u better to go there on week day.
