Currently, I maintain a sign in/out record for her to record everytime she goes out for day off no matter if it is rest days or statutory holiday. She will state on her own the exact date, time in and out, and initial against each entry at the moment she goes out and into the house.
Some time ago I was a victim being accused by the run away Yan of not lettin her go for all holidays. I did asked her to collectively sign monthly to acknowledge the days that she want for holidays but still she claimed that she hadn't taken any dayoffs, and didn't know what she signed was for. Better be safe from that time on, I asked my subsequent maids to sign each time they go and to record the dates and time in her own writing.
