I regret to inform you that I have decided to tender may resignation, date commencing 2 March 1994.
I should be grateful if you could take this letter as a formal resignation notice, and I would leave my post on 16 March 1994.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to thank you for your guidance so far and opportunities granted to me and it will certainly be beneficial to my further career. Meanwhile I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For some personal reasons, I am sorry to inform you that I will resign my post effective from the end of 23rd July 1992.
While I regret for all the troubles and inconvenience have been cause due to my suddenly resignation. Also, please accept my sincerely apologizing and thanking for your employment.
