My wife and I granted the Aus PR Visa (Skilled Migration sub-class 136) on Jul-2008 and I only stayed in Melbourne for three months (Jan-2009 to Mar-2009). Due to some personal reasons, we backed to HK for works and stayed untill now.
The situation is:
As my baby will be delivered in coming july 2010, can I apply the Baby Bonus if I decided to deliver the baby in HK??
