maybe u can try eating prunes. i did have 便秘問題 before and seems that eating fruits is much more better than drinking prunes juice. also, try to drink at least 8 glasses of drinking water daily, it does help a lot!
Yes, need to drink a lot of water. I had that experience too. So, drink at least 1 glass of water 15 mins before you go to toilet. Also, place a 凳仔 under your feet. This really helps. (I read it from a book.)
