My friend live in Block 5, face to the Big Park and near club house and the shopping centre. The height of the house is only 8 feet. The region is quite heavy wind and colder than Kwun Tong.
i lived laguna city before (exactly block 5!). well, laguna city is fine and quiet especially when comparing to "匯景" . but if you want to live a very convenience place, laguna should not be yr 1st choice. for example, u hv to walk at least 10-12 mins to mtr station (of course, u can take the minibus or live in phase 2); no market but only parkn' shop (u may buy food/stuff in kwan tong or kwai tin market)...anyway, the management is fine and mgt fee is reasonable...
