Actually CX's price is not expensive la, however, if you are not urgent, you can wait for a while. Air Canada willl on and off have promotion ga. I booked Air Canada in Feb 10 and will be departed in Mid-May, the price is around $8,500 (including tax already), so the price is closed to CX ga la. I went back to Canada every year and so far $8xxx is the reasonable price ga la. Air Canada's direct flight schedule is better than CX, you can check check.
I will go to Toronto in Aug. I asked 2 travel agency. If you're the member of Aeorplan, you can buy a ticket at around $10000(including taxes). The ticket must be issued before 31/3/2010 and used before 30/11/2010.
I travel in the high season, so I think this is the cheapest. But, you will travel in Nov. which is not in high season, I think you can look and wait for some more time.
