新手媽媽call for help

Dear All,
我BBwas born on 30/3/05,我一直用breast feed,但Right breast 成日都痛，同BB吸時更痛 (但nipple無損)，I make sure bb suck in a correct position, but the problem persistent, anyone can help? But left side do not have such problem. 姑娘話我nipple relevant short & a bit retracted. How to solve the problem? 我知好有many experience mama here, can anyone give me some advice?

我初時就冇咁樣痛, 不過nipple成日損, 所以果時有買左一個廿幾蚊既nipple protector (piegon牌) 感覺好似好dd, 不過有d膠味, 後來都慣左了, 只係過渡期時用過咋. 你可以諗諗既. 健康院既姑娘係我最多資料既來源, 加上bb 3個月前都要成日去果度, 問多d姑娘吧, 佢地見過唔少不同的媽媽啊.

you may visit QEH witih your bb and see the lactation consultant. (appointment is needed) they are the expert and v. experienced and helpful. i think they would be able to help. one of the 'sisters', named Christine Lam Chi Oi, did help me a lot.
