yes, you can check as there's alot of car rental service + driver in the Bangkok airport.

Yes, just request at the hotel counter and sure they can recommend a good one for you. I think around HK$200 to HK$400 a day, depends on the quality of the car you want. The driver is usually honest and the car is acceptable.
