that depends on if u have new born. my kid is in kindergarten. She gets up at 7:30am and sleeps at 10pm. 1 hr rest after lunch.

When I had nb, she gets up at 6am to feed him, 2 hour nap in the afternoon and sleeps before last feeding around midnight.

囡囡返下午的，姐姐會每天七點起床，早餐後去洗車，八點半左右返到做家務，多數九點左右俾佢休息，但係有時九點過段佢會執埋手尾，十一點上床瞓覺!

before my maid starts to work at 6am, she will eat breakfast + shower...

my maid starts to work at

6am - clean floor, clean 2 balconies, cook breakfast, hang up laundry

8.15am bring my son to school with me + clean my car while she waits for me

9.30am clean house

10.45am cook lunch + soup

11.20am go to school with me to pick up my son

12.15pm feed my son

12.45pm eat her lunch + wash dishes

1.30pm clean house + toilets + iron clothes (I think she finishes at around 4pm and she will pretend to work ('hea') but I just don't say anything, so I think she can rest for 1.5 hrs before cooking dinner)

5.30pm cook dinner

7pm feed my son dinner

8pm eat her dinner + wash dishes + tidy up toys / mess

she is quite 'free', she can usually go back to her room between 9.30-10.30pm

我又無留意佢咩時間瞓咩時間起身.
我份工要返shift既, 都睇唔到咁多.
唸唸吓, 每朝佢一定早過我個女起身, 又每一晚等我個女上床佢先瞓. 佢下什好無瞓晏覺我無所謂, 只要佢每日都有做晒家務就得啦.

佢都好free架，都係一般家頭細務同揍小朋友，我地屋企本來就好簡潔同係新裝修，佢黎到都冇乜野要特別野要攪，最主要令到屋企無塵同唔好有漬，基本上日日去清潔都唔會有漬。以前佢係新架坡要清潔大屋(係幾層果隻)依家黎到都濕濕碎啦!而且我又冇set time table俾佢，只要佢做晒我既要求就okey。我同佢講時間係要自己去安排，總之要有八小時睡眠時間，九時後至十一點半呢段時間可以傾電話。不過佢係十一點就已經上床瞓覺lor...
