我有三個小朋友(7yrs、2yrs& bb--new bron)請問有沒有經驗的朋友，可以分享一下？
eg.分工、注意事項等！

如果要請兩個工人, 最好請唔同國藉, 因我奶奶的姪女曾試過, 請兩個工人諗住請同一國藉, 等佢哋同聲同氣有個伴, 工人同工人之間亦無咁多爭拗諗住會好 d, 但點知佢兩個工人合謀呃我奶奶的侄女, 兩個成日串通, 有時又靜靜出街, 一時又夾埋屈僱主無記性, 跟住仲兩個一齊走去告僱主....

依家佢醒咗啦, 兩個唔同國藉, 有時讚吓呢個, 彈吓嗰個, 依家兩個工人爭拗係多咗, 成日返到屋企好似去咗法庭咁, 但佢反而仲安心咗, 起碼佢唔使擔心個小朋友唔知比人抱咗出街幾耐, 又唔使擔心佢哋會串謀, 更有廿四小時人肉監察器互相監視 !

Absolutely agreee to hire 2 different nationalities.

Now I have 2 buns buns. They seems so friend and I always worried they are covering up bad things for each other.

I decided to keep one maid only next Feb upon one of my bun's contract expiry. I prefer to take up the hard work instead of feeling insecure with them.

我都係3個小朋友，但我請得1個工人，
屋企實用面積600尺
我係全職媽，
工人d野都做得晒，有時仲會坐係度睇電視(做晒野)

I have two kids (3, 1), and two Phil maids.

Things to care about when hiring two maids:
(1) If you already have one maid now, train the new maid by YOURSELF, not by the old maid. Otherwise the old maid will boss around the new maid. Training include which broom to clean which room, and which cloth to clean what things in the house.
(2) EXTREMELY clear definition of roles for each of the two maids. Who clean the children's room vs who clean the adult's room? how about common area like living room? who clean?
(3) Holidays. Before hiring, you need to tell them that they need to take turns in having the holidays that they want (e.g. if both of them want Christmas, do you allow both of them take that day off?)

I have two Indo maids, they are single (age 22 & 23).
They are energenic and always play with kids (I have 3 kids, age 6, 2, 1).
They could co-operate themselves.

I employed 1 Indo and 1 Philipino B4, the Philipino always advoid to do housework ny going into toilet. She''s very lazy and pretend stupid??

My big daughter (Tavy) : 2003-09-24 (3.14 kg)
My second son (Nok Nok) : 2007-07-25 (3.56 kg)
My third son (Yu Yu) : 2008-08-21 (3.46 kg)
