My yan yan has come for 4 months. It's the first time I hire a maid. I wished her to help me to do the housework and help my mum (she goes to my mum's home with my baby, 21 months old, in the day time; she helps my mum cook and do some cleaning work, and feed congee to the baby; I sleep with my baby at night). I'm thinking of terminating her with compensation and change to use a 鐘點 because:
1. She doesn't like taking care of baby and shows not much patience on my baby
2. She always has black face and shouts at me and Sir sometimes
3. She is reluctant to do the cleaning work in my mum's home and my mum feels that my yan yan only helps a little in relieving her burden
4. She is not a careful maid and has damaged many furnitures/tools (e.g. the mirror in the toilet, floor of the bath, toilet door, the ironing board, arena of my TV, etc)
5. She is always sick (4 times since she came to HK) 6. She has to take a nap in the afternoon everyday, otherwise she will have no energy to do the housework in the night
Will I be too cruel to send her back now as she has not made any big mistakes. Please advise.
