The phenomenon of cancelling courses has been happening for 4 years with Baptist. My case was I paid over $1400 for my two kids and waiting and waiting and waiting for over 6 months until I stand no more. I called the person-in-charge Mr Cheng directly(you can check this info from the brochure) and demanded the refund of the family membership fee $100 because the courses have never been realized!
Sometimes I thought some particular org are only pretending to hold courses just for showcase, "Hey, look at our brochure, we have done lots to the community and deserve donations and funding" I wonder any people up there to check on these org, I dared say this because later I learn from other org likes YOT, BGCA, they would start a course at once as soon as there 4-6 people show interest and they say it is rather positive to have more and more students afterwards from their experience. Even the commercial field start business this way. And I am extremely surprised that this org still run the things exactly the same as 4 yrs ago.
You can try Yan Oi Tong at Wan Tau Tong, BCGCA in Tai Wo, these two are very professionaland the places are excellent. I did not try the one in Fu Heng because the staff there are not friendly though the centre is great. The one in Fu Shin is good, but very little course organized.
