I have employed a maid that have been continuous do for 2 years in hk, thus she need to back to Indonesia during the first 12 months, My agent said I need to give her 10 days to fly back to indonesia, (10 days / 14 days ) could any one tell me how to treat these 10 days?
I know that if I employ a new one, then she work for 2 years and I renew her then I should pay her 14 days leave, but now I pay 10 days to her, does it mean I only give her 4 days after she finished 2 years contract, and how if she haven't completed the full 2 years?
And any mom have case that she never come back?
Should I need to keep her one month salary and pay her back after she come back?
