My cat (many years ago) is overweight and it cannot jump to over 1 m (so fat).
I bought Hills (I d't remember its exact name) but the formula is to have weight loss.
But any brand you change you need to change slowly. Like milk powder change , 1 meal new + 1 meal old + 1 meal new and see their Bubu (waste should not be too soft) if it is OK and no diarrhoea / vomiting....
My vet suggest to change like this....
(1)1 meal old (more) + 1 next meal new (half bowl) ---> ok?
(2) If OK, 1 meal old (normal size) + 1 meal (normal size)
(3) Change bit by bit...
