本身join cable tv, 合約未完, 咁駛唔駛+$88-先睇到世界杯呢? 如果要加, 係咪要再簽約呢?

I checked Cable TV before, even we didn't pay the extra $88 (its for Eng League to be commenced in Aug this year), we still can watch World Cup.
