For me, I hired 4 Filipino helpers from it before & now hiring 1 Filipino & 1 Indonesian.
I think they're not expert of supplying Indon. helpers (not many for selection & not as strict as those experts (agency especially for Indon. helper) to "teach & train" the Indon. helpers, so I recommend you to choose Filipino helper from them. For their services, it's fair, the staff's attitude is good, but may not have enough resources (staff) to help you. If you're not in urgent, it's okay, otherwise, their process is quite slow. Besides, I saw from the BK postings, some moms can have the interviews through IDD or Internet, but I have never tried these services from them, I can only select from paper & video. And, their agency fee is fair, not the most expensive & not the cheapest.

I think the helper good or not is depended on your luck, but their process is really very very slow, .... I have already applied the indon. helper for over a month, but the process just still in the consultant, ....
