My Philippines maid is quite good and worked for me for three years. As I no longer need her service I want to give her one month notice so that she can find new employer in HK and no need to go back to Philippines. Does the Immigration Department allow this?

Yes. That was how I employed my existing maid before.
BTW, can you introduce your maid to me? My existing maid will return home in mid July. We need a new one in mid to late July. Please check your email. Thanks.
