唔知bun 真 sick 定假sick? ”朦” 定古惑 ?

My bun bun arrived at 10 Mar 05, working, shopping and cooking is OK. can follow work schedule, buy according to shopping list from market, and cook on her own or as stated in the notes. :lol: Just work slowly, but can finish daily jobs on time. However she does not talkative, no cheerful personality, not wearing smile on her face. not so quick and don’t have taking care new born experience.

Currently I’ve a 3-year-old boy (in fullday kinagarten) and he quit like her eventhough her main task is cleaning but not taking care of him. And I’ll have BB by end of this year. Everything seems OK but just up to now I still cannot 100% trust her

because:

a) 都唔知bun 真sick 定假sick! ?-(
since 3 Apr 05, had a bit cough, became serious, told her to visit the doctor since 6 Apr 05. and everytime she said she’s ok, no need. Finally visited doctor at 9 Apr 05, until now visited doctors 5 times, I need to pay extra $90, still cough and snizzing. But not bring medicine out at 24 Apr 05 even I’d told her the day before and she did promissed! When I asked her, she said she “don’t understand”!

but when I complain to agent, she explained she thought it’s no good to bring medicine (from refregerator to outdoor for the day long).

and she just didn’t take medicine the whole day. and coughing the whole night! and snizzing this morning!

Even my hubby said not sure if she’s really sick because she could stand for going out whole day without medicine but sick to die when return home!! :tongue:

I’ve told her to take ONE fruit everyday so as to make her strong but she always not taking! Agent asked her and she said she’s too busy to take it!

b) 都唔知bun 真 ”朦” 定古惑!

1) 1st trip from my office to grandma’s place quoted bus fare $7.0 due to no corns, but I saw the bus marked $4.7, and after deducting shopping amount, the bus fare diff is $6.5! Then I asked how much was the fare and what combination of corns she put in, she said she didn’t know!!
2) go to market to buy 6 eggs, she said it’s $10! but she then said the shop return her $0.4 including to buy 1 salty egg! I said it’s impossible to have 6 eggs at $10. And she insisted it’s $10 for 6 eggs but she didn’t know what corns combination she gave the shop. But the bill said it’s $3.6 for 6 eggs and $1 for salty egg. And after calculting the shopping money, the remaining $$ is corrected when counting eggs as $3.6! Is she really so stupid about $$ or want to test whether I’m fool enough for she to have some benefit from shopping?!
3) get 1.5 catty “yin choi” at $12!
4) get 2.5 kg “wong a pat” at $8, but cannot tell such a large amount of vegetable was cooked.

c) I though she’s not honest and not truck worthy! :tongue:
5) CVstates her working exp 6yr, but she said (during chatting with me) worked 5 yrs in prev. employer
6) she broke (just minor broke on edge) 1 bowl, last Tue, I asked her and she said “sorry low”! I said it’s OK but she should let me know before I asked her, and she said ‘yes mom!’ but on the next day, one more, and on the third day one more bowl again! but every time I need to ask her.
7) 婆婆visits my house, bun used my phone at home to phone out after asking porpor permission! But before she told me that she will not make any phone call from my house volentorily! She even asked 婆婆 if she can call philipine!
8) 婆婆told me that she talked on her mobile (almost 1 hrs) when she’s sick and I did ask her to stop doing household works and should not talk on the phone so as to take most rest and get better soon. Grandma told me that she sometimes talked on her mobile in the kitchen. Bun she told agent that it’s the only one time!

To conclude, should keep her for the contract??! Will it be too risky to replace her and get another which is even worse!!

不理佢真病假病都好, 我都不會keep呢個工人.

第一: 無笑容不會同小朋友玩, 只係呢一點足以我不用佢. 如果我請佢的purpose係清潔屋企就無所謂.

第二: dishonest-死症, 無得傾

第三: 病--真病, 第時點湊new born? 好易傳染比bb, 看左5次醫生都不好, 佢的身體好差, 還要捱夜. 放假都要出街wet, 不係屋企抖?

假病---dishonest一樣, 無得傾.

第一: 不知會不會同小朋友玩, because her current main task is cleaning. but 我直角她不太會, but my son love her. ?-(
第二: 只是我的直角, my agent said I'm thinking too much and too sensible! am I?

第三: Her explaination- she afaid that she will infact my son if she stay home wo! :tongue:

Just don't understand, she said she's poor (after working in HK for 7-8years). No winter clothes, no tooth bush, no washing jel, no beg... at the 1st day, bring nothing but HK$40.00, 1 pcs of M-gun, summer clothers, hair dryer, mobile and 4-5 sets colour matched bra + t-back unun, and said winter ones are at broading house!

When she just arrived, I told her not talk too much in the phone, and she said she will not talk on the phone, mobile is for SMS communication only. Then me, grandma, 婆婆reported she talked on lengthy phones.....

我個賓同你嗰個差唔多, 又係喺hk做咗7-8年(連埋喺我度), 但佢都認佢有啲錢o架!

佢前排先同我講佢個cousin同佢借錢買機票, 佢個cousin喺香港做唔夠3個禮拜話home sick要走, 佢話個僱主唔駛佢賠一個月通知, 但就唔俾機票錢, 要問佢借, 佢話因為知道佢有錢喎! 所以我覺得你個賓唔係poor(喺香港做咗咁多年點會冇錢, 除非俾男人呃), 只係精!

Just discuss with Bun Bun about the agent's reply:

1) I told her I was disappointed that she told agent another story for the medicine! She said she told agent she forgot to bring the medicine out! See! another reason!

And she don't know why the agent making story!!I've told her that I'll clarify with agent tomorrow.

2) I told her up-to-now I still can't 100% believe on her, esp about $$ and her proactive promiss about not making phone calls during her jobs. She said that was special because her mother had a head operation and (I'd not sure her english

) was dying, so her family need her to go back phillipine and she need to call them one by one to explaine that she can't!!

See, just like other mom's case, dying of parents.... So I told her that should she let me know before and I wouldn't forbitten her make any phone calls. especially that day I did tell her not to make any phone calls as she's on sick leave and I request her to lay on bed for rest! :tongue: How come they have so many parents to die!!

3) then she needed me to clarify on what's the cann't believe on her... and starting to "debat" on whether she's honest or obaydience enough....

Before, I was so worry that I'll make a wrong dicision to let her go, but now... it's 100% for sure that what should I do now.

Just don't know when is the best time? because she's so sick that she began to have a strange voice!! Just don't want to wast $$ for her to see doctor again!
