I've post my bun's bad thing before:
1. Reject my opinion loudly
2. Hurt my younger son's leg that he can't walk for
four days. Even not report to me how my son hurt.
3. Slow motion
4. Recently her husband died, she always shout at
my sons unreasonably.
5. My son cough seriouly but she still sleeping.
I decided to employ a new maid and will fire her when new maid come.

But, very difficult to keep patience and show nothing in front of her...

On Tue night, I told her my younger son has no more coughing so that can stop medicine for him. On Wed night, I saw the syringe again, she said she prepare to feed medicine. I wondered ? and asked her if she know that I told her stop medicine. She smile and said " only feed this morning", I double wondered... If she misunderstood and need to feed medicine, then how about the afternoon dose ? She answered, " He don't like"....

I was taking care of my elder son at home in afternoon, why she not report to me or ask me to feed the medicine if she mis-understood that my son still need medicine?She can skip any dose and not report to me ?

Today, I took a big bag to home and I didn't say anything. Inside there are gifts from my sister at USA. At night, she suddenly told me, " your younger son like the wiggles VCD"

The bag is mine, and who permit her to check my things ? and even take 1 out to open it and play for my son ? It's better it just some books, VCD, foods... But most important, who permit her to check inside and take something ?

But I still need to keep patience and cannot show I'm unsatified with her...

How can you stand this kind of bun ?
She will keep on the way she is .........
If I were you , I will warn / fry her......asap.

Why you still keep her? You should fire her right away once she hurt your son!

I will fire her at once when my new maid arrived. But now I can just pretend nothing and just warn her a little bit because I'm afraid she know I will fire her ah...
very painful to pretend nothing but still observe more tightly everyday.
I can't fire her before my new maid arrived because my boys are 2.5 and 3.5 yrs old only. I can't take care them at same time.

have you have any grandmothers's help or anyone, I can't imagine how you can wait and pretend. when the new one come ? The most important are the kids... this helper I bet she is very unstable, i mean mentally since she has lost her loved one..

oh, you will be so tiring !

my new maid will come 2 mths later... :cry:
My mom live far away from me ( in Tin Shui Wai ) and difficult to help me everyday.
My mom-in -law is a modern lady, she will not stay at home to look after her grandsons all day. And she's always out of town...
I can only wait... :-(

HAVE CAMERA WHEN SHE IS DAY OFF, KEEP THE PROOF TO PROTECT YOURSELF.

TAKE PHOTOS OF VALUABLES AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS IN OFFICE.

tHEY ARE CLEVER, PLS ASSUME SHE HAVE KNOWN U 'LL FIRE HER.

CHECK IF ALL RECEIPTS OF SALARY, HOLIDAYS IN YOUR HANDS, KEEP THEM IN OFFICE.IF SHE STEEL THEM, CAN CLAIM U ALL THE YEARS'$ AND PUT U IN JAIL !

GO TO IMMIGRATION WITH PROOF OF YOUR SON'S INJURY AND OTHER WRONG-DOINGS, THEY 'LL PROCESS FASTER.

BE CAREFUL.

Me too, I also need to pretend nothing though I hate her much. I need to wait for my new maid for 2 months. There are nobody at home in daytime, I cannot let her know I want to fire her. She is too cunning, pretend to be helpful only in front of me and my mother, but do nothing and ignore my mother-in-law during the day when they are in the house. She ate up all my steak bought by my mother within a week and didn't cook once for me and my family. She ate it when we are out, and in the kitchen when my mother in law is in the house.

. She took away my sanitary napkins more and more each days....

Thanks for your support ! I will keep patience until the new maid come.
But my 99, my mom, my husband and me all think that she may intend to do something wrong and make us angry so that we will fire her. It's because she will not like that before ( at least she is a good actress in front of my 99 ). But now, I ask her not to let my son sleep in afternoon cos I'm now training him to sleep earlier at night. When I'm at home, she obey, but even I stay in another room with my elder son to do homework, she make my younger to sleep again.

Tonight before our family all go out for dinner, she go inside servant room to change for herself first and leave 2 sons for me alone to be changed by me. When I'm finished changing for them, I went to her room to call her, she's still handling her hair...
