Very agree with you. It just like buying "mark six". Even you interview her before and think that she is good, you will find her usefuless in actual experience. I also had bad experience with the one hired from 循道衛利. I fired her finally. I also filed a complaint on her to 循道衛利
因為本人上年生bb, 一樣thru "仁愛堂"找陪月(因地區關係). 啲姑娘個個都的確很nice, 但做follow-up work 就差少少. 事原, 上年11月預產期, 大約7月已經thru佢哋搵陪月. 果日, 佢哋之前係電話話安排了3個陪月for interview, but only one showed up at last. The one seems quite good and experienced, so we committed to hire her with "仁愛堂" 姑娘after interview. Besides, we asked "仁愛堂" to confirm her and follow up. 但當大約９月， 我打給那個陪月想安排她到我屋企視察一吓環境， 並試工．點知個陪月話"仁愛堂"啲姑娘話冇同佢confirm, 並且陪月引述： 姑娘話我會直接contact her after confirmed her employment. 因此， 個陪月已經confirm another employer because of received no reply from us.
當然， 之後打去"仁愛堂" complained and ”剷佢上天花板”啦． （當時，３個人, my husband, my friend and myself, ６隻耳仔， 聽到我叫啲姑娘confirm先， 跟住以後我會自己follow-up 返， 如試工 arrangement) ， 我話佢哋雖然係自願服務機構， 唔收錢， 都唔可以咁樣的服務態度，如果係咁樣，我情願佢哋收返錢，至少會跟貼啲． 我當時好旁惶， 因為只剩一個月時間（因ｂｂ係１１月２日出生的），咁佢哋都好唔好意思，即刻幫我再找陪月for interview lah.....但一樣， in second interview, they said that they have arranged ３ candidates for us to choose, but of course, at the end only one showed-up as last time. 所以我又再剷佢哋啦， 次次都係咁． 最終，無得選，只好選那個就算了．並且， 自己即刻當場跟匣個陪月signed employment contract immediately to avoid another accident occurred.
所以，記住呀，自己跟緊啲呀 after chosen a right person.........
