空腹 should at least have 4. < 4 means you are not eating enough the night before i.e. supper.
I like hot Ovaltine without sugar and without milk.

Me too 係仁安生. 仁安醫生 said 威記 is stricter and will be no problem if can meet 威記 standard. 醫生 also said follow up in 威記 is cheaper so asked me to continue with 威記.
