請問如果公司有監控上網 :

1) 即係上過任何網址都會有紀錄?
2) 會不會知道 login name 或 PIN ??
3) post 內容會知道否???
4) 如果用手機用公司的wifi, 是否一樣都會紀錄上過任何網址呢????
5) 用手機用公司wifi, 手機內的資料會否被查到?????

1) 唔會
2) 除非 IT 部門有人立心不良, 否則佢地係唔會取得這些資料
3) 會查得到,
4) 冇錯, 一樣會記錄
5) 若果你用加密連線, 就唔會查到

In short, it could, regardless it's Y5 or not.

Company must equipped an edge router to provide internet access and therefore, all in-/out-bound packets, encrypted or not, must made via this router. Having said that, The problem is, would your company willing to spend their resources to monitor user activities (also known as auditing). For that, unless you approach your system administrator, there's no way you could be sure ...

I didn't check the video. But regarding encryption, I ain't sure what you are asking. Yet, let me put it in this way. You could have a encrypt channel between a/ your device (say, cell phone) and the edge router (which is your company's property) or b/ your device and the website.

For a/, the most common example is wireless internet access at home. To setup, you need admin access right to your router and type in the key / password. But as the edge router is not under your control, so, forget it.

For b/, typical example is yahoo mail. Once you login to your mailbox, you'll notice that there's a yellow-colored padlock icon somewhere in the bottom left. Again, to enable this feature, administrator of that particular website have to set it up for you. With this case, yahoo mail has already did that. Another typical example is ebanking.

In either cases, encryption must be activated from the other side, not initiated by your hand-held.

As for free wifi (or so call hot-spot), you simply can't 加密 (i.e. we are back to case a/). And that's why do not access ebanking through an untrusted network. Afterall, you'll never know if your password would be captured by the administrator.
