if she go to Canada, yes, she need a reference letter from her employer.
my maid went to Canada embassy on last tuesday, then this tuesday she went to police station to get a "letter" proof that she has no criminal record in hk, she told me the police station will sent this letter to Canada embassy directly.
And she also ask me give her a reference letter (not now, later)
Some ppls said that once the maid sent the reference letter to embassy, around 2-3 weeks, then can get a visa.
are you a full time mum, cause if she go to canada embassy, she need to go morning, my maid told me they only see them (maid) from 8:00-10:00am.

咁似啦, 佢要我地write a letter to confirm her employment. She said to Immigration, 但應該去Canadian Consulate.
因前個week, I asked her whether she like to go to Canada, if she want to go, be sure to tell us first, then we can find another maid. 因Pa老人痴呆, 要有多個人係度. She knew that. She answered me she won't go to Canada because the things were too expensive??? 佢有佢講, 我有我聽啦! 如佢想去, me and mom 唔會阻佢發達.

不過if Canada人工高咁多的話, 佢有本事就去賺啦!
If she need my reference letter to Canada, 我未知點寫, 因佢June來我度時, 真係做得好差, slow dirty, waste things. 但自從January 見過我件6日dirty 丫烏印後, 就亞崩養狗, 快咗, 醒咗, 乾淨咗, 自動波. 但呃得過就呃, 話Easter all red date was her holiday. Working Visa $160 employer pay. Just now, I told her 1 May was your holiday, but 21 May was not your holiday, she said again I thought 21 also my holiday.

yes, go to canada are very expensive, my maid told me she need to pay $21000 for agency fee, body check, documents from police station, visa...... you thought totally will cost her around 22500.
same as me, i knew she want to go to canada, then open talk to her, i told her i have twin girls at 4 years old. i need someone to look after them, so pls let me know, cause i need to find a replacement.
i'm full time mom, no way without asking me she can go to embassy in the morning.

don't forget they might ask someone "pretend" is her employer to write a reference letter.
she have a contract, ask someone to copy your signature, what a difficult?
if have an employer from canada, should have a temp contract, it write down all the information, such as the employer name, address, how many kids, daily work, weekly salary, overtime mm....... see can you find this letter, if you found it, copy the new employer information. so one day, if your maid really disappear and borrow the mm ran away, you know where to find her.

Oh yes, pretend my signature, if I know someone 冒我簽名, 一定告到佢甩褲. 試吓惹我呀? 我告到Canada話比人冒簽名, 一定報警, 刑事案來的.

咁答我. 而mother said"唔好咁多事啦, 你估人人都鍾意去咩?"
又話"佢要寫比Immigration not Canadian Consulate, 佢要寫咪寫lor."

好似以前偷野印咁, 黑面, 偷咗D舊床單, 就死口話媽比佢嘅, she just said"費事同佢抝, 我無氣." 不過時不時對我呻件siti偷咗我地咁多野.

Forgot, 前幾日個bun chop working visa, said to mother" Visa $160 need employer to pay."
Mother said OK. 好在我覺得唔妥, 八吓至知請佢時agency fee already included.

Canada changed the policy la! if the bun bun have high school qualification and work in hk for more than 1 year, then they can apply to go to Canada.
my agent told me, recently alot of bun bun go to Canada.
