My daughter born in private hospital and got yellow because she born on 36w2. We immediately brought her to 健康院跟進 after coming out from private. And 健康院 immediately asked us to bring her to PWH (public) to stay for a night.
So the most important step is ... take BB to go to the nearby 健康院 once you & bb come out from private hospital.
